Our boxing classes are designed to give you the perfect workout while learning the ins and outs of boxing technique. Every trainer has a different style providing the ultimate experience! All boxing classes are acceptable for all skill and fitness levels. Boxing tremously helps improve overall balance, hand eye cooridination, as well as cardiovascular health.

 

KICKBOXING

Learn the technique behind throwing kicks properly all while having a great workout on top of it! Kickboxing is great for overall core and hip strength, flexibility, and balance. A full body workout for anyone looking to amp up their normal routine with something different!

JAB FIT (HIIT TRAINING)

JAB Fit is a circuit training class designed to provide a full body workout that hits every muscle. You will rotate from station to station performing various exercises guided by one of our industry leading trainers. HIIT workouts are beneficial for burning a high amount of calories in a short period of time. You will see improvements in overall muscle tone as well as learn an abundance of new exercises to add to your workouts. HIIT training increase your metabolic rate as well as excess post oxygen comsumption.

TRX

TRX or Total Body Resistance is a body weight suspension based training class. Similiar to bungee workouts, suspension training helps provide additional stabily during your workout. A full body wrokout using your bodyweight and gravity as resistance, it is the perfect workout to help increase core and joint stabilty. A  great workout to help decrease the chance of injury compared to normal weight lifting.
